The cottages are in a great location, super easy to get to any part of Healdsburg on foot and the cottages are equipped with everything you’d need for a good weekend getaway. We stayed in Clementine and enjoyed the sitting room and kitchenette, which made the space feel larger!

Great space and value in Healdsburg

Great space with kitchen and sitting room; close proximity to shops and restaurants. On a quiet side street with a cafe 1/2 block away for breakfast.

Great location in walking distance of Healdsburg square. Nicely decorated is a modern minimalist style. Staying at a cottage with a living room was great for separation of space and kitchenette would be great if a guest wanted to cook. Fireplace was a great bonus!

We had a nice stay in the Fig cottage. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Walked to all of the area tasting rooms and had a fabulous dinner at Dry creek. Was disappointed about the noise from the construction behind the facility. We would stay here again

Loved everything about this place, right in the heart of healdsburg, walking distance to everything! Very quiet and only 3 cottages. It is in a commercial district, while the place itself was charming you are surrounded by businesses and construction. Not a big deal on a weekend! There is no front desk but gives a you a very secluded feel. No complaints other than the coffee pods were only decaf. We will be back!

Its a nice little selection of small cottages with nice appointments. We could sit outside and compare tasting notes of each day, walk to restaurants and not have to move the car. There is no maid service the only thing we could have used was a trash can to take garbage out of the room (VERY minor). will be back

Loved the rooms. Sleek , contemporary. The bed and linens very comfortable. Bathroom sinks attractive but most impractical and one was clogged. Sinks are shallow, rectangular ‘platters’, with only couple inch clearance between faucet and drain. Except for that, very nice accommodations

Everything was so amazing! The room was more spacious than we expected, complete with a little living room and dining table, plus a cute back porch. There was private onsite parking which was so convenient, and the property was in walking distance of the town center. Looking forward to coming back someday!

This was a very cute cottage right next to downtown Healdsburg - very walkable to the plaza and a bunch of restaurants/wineries. The bathroom is clean and modern; the bed was very comfortable with a reasonable-sized closet; the fire was warm and cozy. Brooke (the coordinator) was very responsive to our requests and made sure that everything was perfect for us.

Exceptional!

Worth every penny! We stayed in Gimlet and it was beautiful, spacious and everything was High end- from the furniture to decor. It was so quiet and relaxing. The fireplace was amazing and the French doors leading to the porch were perfect and we had them open a lot. The cottage is right behind the main drag and walkable to everything!

Beautiful, comfortable space - terrible sinks

Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, pillows and linens. WORST sinks I have ever experienced in the bathroom: they did not drain, terrible flat design and the toilet ended up having to use the shower to wash our hands. For the price of the stay, this is a detail that needs to be addressed. It completely took away from an otherwise lovely stay.

We rented to cottages. One of the cabins lacked internet. We called and left a message with the owner. But, never heard back. One of us stayed at a cottage next to the main road. Every morning at 6 am we'll wake up because of a very noisy garbage truck. Except from these issues we were happy with our stay.

Nice but falling short on a few essentials

Cottages are conveniently located off of Healdsburg main town square. The rooms themselves are nice but the space between the cottages feels packed and too close. Nonexistence of outside lighting in the evenings. Finding one's path to the cottage as well as the lock to the cottage requires the use of a flashlight from the phone. No in-room control for room temperature.

The room I booked had dirty linens piled on the bed when I arrived. I called and was told to move to another room. That was even worse. Full wastebaskets, no coffee supplies, dirty floor in bathroom, soap containers were nearly empty in shower, and nothing to identify what was what! Worst part was the toilet seat, bowl, and the side of the TP had brown residue on them. YUCK!!!! No one showed up to fix anything until the 3rd day I was there. Unacceptable. I hope to receive some sort of reimbursement for part of my stay, but haven't heard anything from the property manager. Really too bad, as the place would otherwise have been a great place, and I visit Healdsburg often.
