"The staff was great as well as the hotel itself was very clean. The air conditioner in the room did not work well. We had one hot shower all week. The fire alarm went off twice one night at 12:30 am and 1:00 am. The electricity went on and off several times. We had to request our room to be cleaned and the beer was never replenished."

"We had an excellent weekend at this Terrena’s hotel. The staff were very nice and the food was excellent. Our favorites restaurantes were “Fusion” and “Mar y Fuego“ restaurant."

"The property had good bones. Just needs a good scrub down and a few new items like drapes, towels etc. the food needed better protection from the elements as most days we were sharing it with the flies. The noise level was ridiculous, literally didn’t sleep for a week. Came home feeling ill from my pressure being so high. And the power kept tripping out. And the people partying till 3 am in the morning was left screaming in the dark. The steps we very tricky, witnessed an elderly lady fall straight on her back. The gift shop took the cake. Bought a pair of shorts, a beach wrap and a beach bag that came up to a whopping $210 all cheap china material. Almost past out when I looked at my credit card bill. Paid in pasos and had no clue. Overall don’t bother sorry to say"

"The only downside to this property is that I booked and paid for an oceanfront room but was given a bottom floor semi facing ocean view. When I contacted the front office they informed me that the room I received was their oceanfront rooms. So just be aware that what they consider oceanfront is not a true oceanfront room."
