Nice hotel with perfect breakfast.

Very Nice Hotel with pleasant staff. Perfect breakfast and very near to all shops an restaurants in the town. The little bad thing is that the hotel has no restaurant or bar. As I checked in little late I had to take out my key from a coded locker. No staff at the desk after seven a clock.

Volgens mij heb ik neit de kamer gekregen die ik geboekt had. Dat bleek ook bij afrekenen toen de kamer 85 euro kosten incl. 6 euro drankjes. Terwijl ik 104 euro al had overgemaakt. M.i. is hier iest mis gegaan tussen Expedia en het hotel. Absoluut geen Deluxe kamer. Foto's op site lijken wel een ander hotel.

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden; das Standardzimmer unter dem Dach war mit vielen Schrägen ausgestattet und wirkte für einen normal großen Erwachsenen deswegen beengt. Die Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum war günstig. Die Dekoration des Restaurants wirkt altbacken. Das Frühstück hatte ein gute Qualität.

Week in Lower Saxony

Nice hotel in a small, quiet village. Friendly staff. We stayed in the main building, which has a lift from the cellar garage to all floors. The only catering is breakfast, which was very good. Large breakfast room, where larger tables are reserved if you are with a group. Small terrace, with a few tables to take your breakfast on if the weather is suitable. Most of the time the village is quiet, but was noisy on the Friday night and Saturday night from the nearby C'est la vie, which stays open very late.

Gutes Hotel im Zentrum von Haselünne

Das Hotel liegt im verkehrsberuhigten Kern von Haselünne. Trotz Kopfsteinpflaster ist es auch im 1. Stock ruhig. Das Zimmer war im Stil einer alten Burg eingerichtet, groß geschnitten und entsprechend dem Stil eingerichtet. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Fair Hotel

Stayed for 4 days on the top floor. Wifi is advertised but does not work throughput is to slow to read email. Unable to open the windows due to noise from the mainstreet. Shower head broke. Bed too soft. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Overall, good hotel if everyone else is booked.

war einmal sehr gut,leider deutlicher Abwärtstrend

Wir sind seit mehreren Jahren Gaeste im Burghotel, es ist eine Freude,wie die Sanierungen historischen Gebaeudekomplexes erfolgt ist. Leider ist feststellbar,dass in der Bewirtschaftung des Hauses ein Abwärtstrend eingetreten ist. Die hochwertigen Zimmerausstattungen sind sehr vernachlässigt Z.B bei Anreise:gebuchten Zimmer-Heizungen auf 0,also kalt, Cromhaken im Bad fallen beim Handtuchaufhaengen ab, Uebergardinen hängen lose,nicht an den Hakenkreuz, Teppichlaeufer vor dem Doppelbett=halbschraege unter dem Bett,dass Doppelbett stehtschraeg diagonal verschoben im Raum,das Zusammenrücken haben Wirtschaft mehreren Versuchen aufgegeben, Alles wirkt nicht mehr wie zuvor gepflegt, Zum Frühstück nur noch der halbe Service,das war vor 2 Jahren noch Spitze. Es zeigt sich leider,dass Alles dem Selstlauf überlassen wird. Ein straffen Management kann aber noch einiges richten,noch ist es nicht zu spaet

4 nachten verbleven alleen ontbijt mogelijk voor diner naar naastgelegen restaurant van beide mogelijkheden geen gebruik gemaakt. Kamer met douche mooi en goed. Service goed. Schoonmaak kan beter vloerbedekking zou sjampootje mogen hebben werd niet gestofzuigd. Wel voor herhaling vatbaar. Groetjes H.A.S

Bij aankomst werd ons door de receptioniste verteld dat er via Expedia was geboekt. We hadden pech zei men, de kamer welke was geboekt had waterschade door een lek in het dak? Er was een kamer geboekt bij Hotel Tau Lunne. Dit andere hotel gaf bij ons een andere indruk. De Eigenaresse heeft ons verblijf nog zo goed mogelijk naar de zin gemaakt. Echter blijven we teleur gesteld en vermoeden dat er iets anders aan de hand was een overboeking ???

Zentrales, gemütliches Hotel

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Burghotel. Dieses Mal im Haupthaus. Die Zimmer dort sind riesig, mit sehr großem Badezimmer. Alles im Burgstil eingerichtet-mit Ritterrüstungen und barokken Möbeln. Das Hotel ist direkt in der Einkaufsstraße. Alles super zu erreichen
