Considering the hotel is under renovation during my stay a 3 star review is generous.
I like that they have secured parking and complimentary use of the hot spring mineral pool.
The Hotel is undergoing some renovations, but was a good price and clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows were plump. Overall I was pleased with our stay and would come again.
The hotel was doing some major renovations but they accommodated us very well and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. The view was awesome and everything was so close by. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We would stay there again

The man at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful unfortunately I didn’t get his name. The rooms were not bad, the hotel is undergoing renovations. Good location and close to everything.

Value for cost! Even though this Hotel is under remodel, we were happy with the big breakfast so many options. And it changed daily. We also loved the free passes to the public hot springs which would have been $34 each day for 2. Stay now! The cost will go up way up once the remodel is complete.
The bed was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was good but I am sorry to say that's about it for the positives. Even for a discount hotel, the property and rooms are in terrible shape (bathroom fan falling out of the ceiling, huge 'puddle' stains in carpet, furniture falling apart...the fellow on duty at check in was not welcoming or friendly in the least. I usually do everything I can to find the positives in everything, but for this traveller, it felt more like a trashed hostel than a hotel.
Very rude staff,
Breakfast was with no options at all. Bread and a few cup cakes.

Staff were friendly enough
Breakfast is super basic but enough to start the day
Building is old and requires more periodic testing & maintenance
AC is not quite strong enough in Summer
Location is great for accessing town though
An older property that is dated and in the middle of renovations. It needs a lot of work. Some of the front desk staff were not too welcoming. However, room was clean and we had what we needed, plus great views of the mountains. The price was good and amazing location, just one street back from the lake, restaurants, shops etc.

Staff were very nice . Breakfast was moderate . Cleanliness was not at lobby and path to room
The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, this was one of the worst maintained hotels I have visited in Canada (of over 20). Also, most of the rooms have closed and locked adjoining doors with a wardrobe pushed up against it. They let in so much sound between strangers rooms, that just my neighbor and I woke each other up merely zipping and unzipping luggage. The rooms are also clean in quite a hurry, apparently, because my floor was gritty and my brother-in-law's bathroom had hair in it when they arrived.
Even though they were renovating, the maintenance on what was supposed to already be done was bad. Old furniture, holes and water stains in the ceiling, musty smell from water damage. The workmanship was shoddy. It felt like a trucker's hotel had moved in to what was once a nice hotel exterior. However the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable with linens were clean. There was no breakfast. I can see why the price was reduced so much - a real shame that the place has gone down so much since it doesn't bode well for Harrison generally.
