All was as expected good service, comfortable bed, clean bedding, attentive staff and quick to response. Definitely would book again. Although road improvement work outside this did effect our stay A Wonderful stay great location and thanks goes to all the staff and management for making our stay there special.

Rooms were good , clean and comfortable, Food was good , not a vast variety but limited and good taste . But highly unsafe .middle of night drunk people knocking door and ringing door bell. Reception phone ,intercom not working ,No security to control the activity going on. Had to go down to call people in night at 2 am. no staff . Care and safety measures should be taken of guest staying and proper staff should be there to take care of ..

Nice Hotel close to Har ki Pauri

The hotel gives you a marvellous effect, be it the ambiance, sleep quality, services, facilities, connectivity and especially the food. It is one of the best places to stay, if your are in Haridwar. Only 5 KM from Harki Pauri, that too on a highway brings additional value. In all there is a great value for money and I would love and recommend all to stay there once you are there in Haridwar.

Overall Bad Experience

Very unprofessional and unorganised. We we got there they did not expect us and no record of our booking. We had to wait while they investigate but eventually they sort that out. Then we get to room and we were not happy about the cleanliness and non of the amenities were filled so we called and we haf to wait while they sort room out. The wifi signal in the room is very weak or none. Only at reception the wifi is strong. OverAll bad experience

Pathetic

The hotel is taken over from Country Inn. Staff and the hotel in its self is totally unprofessional. The staff only wants to rip money out of you in any way they can. Hotel says 24 hot water service. But, when you need it, you have to keep calling the housekeeping and they do not attend. You can expect to get the hot water after about 1 hour of yelling and screaming
