"We specifically booked this hotel to have a relaxing day by the pool after sightseeing. When we checked in, we were told the pool was closed. Very HUGE disappointment and we should’ve been told prior to coming. The hotel staff was rude about it and didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience. "

"The room description is very misleading. Some of the rooms have no window with a view of the outside world. It will overlook the inside elevator. I can’t imagine this is safe and also when morning comes you have no way of knowing.. no window for light to come in. Very claustrophobic and confining. "
