Properly clean, staff polite and friendly. Amenities are old and tired and gym is too small. Overall good location but can do with overall revamp to modernise it
The place has lovely ambience, especially if you ate a long stayer. Thebstagg are courteous and the food is just amazingly innovative and tasty.
Housekeeping obliged my request to not be disturbed while ensuring my supply of perishables.
While the gym is small, it is adequate if you knoq what you are doing. It could do worj bettwr cleaning though as the mats are often dirty and equipment not wiped down.
Will certainly continue staying with them and highly recommend.
We loved our stay at Cresta. It is a beautiful property with very nice rooms and friendly staff. We had 6 large pieces of luggage that fit comfortably and we still had plenty of space to move about.
Cresta always provides a good to excellent service. Some of the hot food for breakfast would better be served at a higher temperature not just warm. Good wifi throught the
Very comfortable acomodation located on the outskirts of the city, not too far from the airport. Beautiful gardens and pool. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Highly recommended.
The property is in Harare City, but almost feels like in the country becasue of the lovely grounds. The staff were helpful and the food was good. The room comfortable. The shower wasn't 100% consistant with its temperature, but worked ok.
Beautiful hotel in a nice suburb of Harare. Nice grounds, parking, restaurant, cafe, staff, shuttle, swimming pool, internet, and services. Keep up the good works.
My stay was relaxing! The pool area was very nice. I enjoyed the food options at the Chatteres and Cool Beans cafe. Thank you Darlington, Shakespeare, Agile ,Simba and Tawanda for your wonderful service. My room was very clean thanks to Jane. The front desk staff was lovely. Thank you Takudzwa for working your magic to extend my reservation. Thanks to Rubi ,Melody and all.
I am grateful to the young lady who arranged my haircut. I look forward to staying again when I return to Harare.

Cresta Lodge presents a mix of thoughtful service and notable shortcomings. Arrival was efficient and welcoming, with the bellhop well-prepared and aware of my check-in.
However, my assigned suite room was poorly thought out: the living area had no lighting whatsoever, making evening work impossible. Although the reception responded promptly with lamps, the solution exposed further oversight – there was no power socket to plug in the lamp. This necessitated a room change.
The second room was better equipped, and I appreciate Olivia for ensuring it met my needs. WiFi quality was good but inconsistent across the room, something remote workers should verify before settling in.
Dinner service at the main restaurant was disappointing. After being seated, I waited over 20 minutes without any attention while other tables were repeatedly served. I eventually left and had a far better experience at the coffee shop, where staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming.
The room itself felt stuffy and insufficiently deep-cleaned, evidenced by a slipper left under the bed from a previous guest. On my final night, housekeeping staff entered my room while I was still sleeping, despite the door being locked, and left upon realizing it was occupied.
During my stay, the Twenty20 Cricket Competition was underway, with two teams lodged at Cresta. Heavy room service usage resulted in food trays and plates frequently left in corridors, creating unpleasant odors.
Overall: average.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel.
Very warmly welcomed by both Grace & Gamuchirai who are delightful.
I really enjoyed the restaurant area and the ability to have my breakfast outside beside the bubbling brook was just fantastic.
The food was exceptional and I particularly liked the banana yoghurt which I don't see very often in the UK.
My room was nice-quite basic that it had all the amenities that I could ask for. Importantly, it was secure and I felt safe. I was in room 137 and note that the lock from the inside was not working so that needs repairing.
Lovely shower and very nice shampoos etc
The Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is pretty good
I would stay here again if I was staying for a short visit but might look for something more rustic such as a large if I was there for longer just so I could experience the African vibe.
The shuttle service was excellent
Thanks everyone
I liked the vegan options at breakfast but the lentils were raw and hard. Breakfast for a vegan guest was USD30 seemed quite unreasonable. The property seems newly renovated but in some areas the renovation looks like a cover up.
There are no vegan options for dinner or lunch which seem easy if the traditional foods are properly presented on the menu.
Tiny rooms with paperlike walls - Be ready to hear everything your neighbors say and do.
Noisy AC, no water after 11 pm, water in the shower went all four ways, but down.
Beautiful green space next to a dirty un-inviting pool,
