The room was super nice and quiet, a washer and dryer was a much-needed addition, and the staff was very helpful. Alice took great care of us and went out of her way to tell us about her favorite places to eat and let us keep our luggage in the lobby since our bus didn't arrive until later that night.

Peaceful stay next to the lake

The place is amazing, room 705 had the perfect view to the lake, very useful that we had laundry and dryer machine in the room , many options to eat and drink around. Definitely I can recomend it and for sure I will stay here again.

Like a home in Hanoi. Friendly staff are all helpful. Location is good and easy to go anywhere in Hanoi. Only problem- you may stay in a room without windows. If you plan to stay in Hanoi like living, this is the place to stay.

It’s clean and quiet. But there is a lively local shop/eatery area just behind this hotel, which is very convenient. I liked the surroundings of the hotel, and often walked around the Tay Ho lake. A lady, Alice, at the reception spoke decent English and helped me a lot understand the local market.

Wonderful staff who were there to help at every moment. The rooms are cute -- the studio is perfect for anyone who wants to cook, wash clothes, etc. The shower runs out of hot water within a few minutes so you have to be quick, but other than that, it's perfect!
