Top notch service , everybody was super friendly. If you rent a motorbike they can help you park it at night and pick it up for you . Room was clean and super pretty . If anyone going to Hanoi you have to stay here . Good location to walk around

This was the best choice. The staff here was exceptional, very welcoming and greeted us by name throughout the day. If you want tours or pickup this hotel does it all. Everything is also within walking distance. We did the spa treatment and highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

What an incredible hotel in the heart of Hanoi! My husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip and we are incredibly happy we chose this hotel. The hospitality and attention to detail makes you feel extra special, and the bedroom was large, clean, and very comfortable. The included breakfast (both a la carte and buffet) was the perfect cherry on top. We wish we had more time in Hanoi to enjoy the hotel spa, but I hope to try it next time we are in this city because we will be 100% staying here again! Additional note: the staff is the friendliest and most trustworthy people ever. We forgot some items in the safe after we checked out, and within 30min I got a call from the hotel to notify us of this. We returned to pick up our items and nothing was missing. Truly a stellar place!

A hotel which deserves it's name. Minerva Premium Hotel gives you a real premium experience. The rooms are big, super clean and well equipped. The AC is powerful and the breakfast is amazing. Definitely go for the pho soup in the morning. What stood out exceptionally was the service by the reception, especially by Sun. She is such a kind and hard working person and helped us a lot to have an unforgettable stay in Hanoi and Bai tu long.
