Best hotel in Hanoi

Very good hotel. Usually, I don't like boutique hotels, but this hotel was superb. Great location, great service, and friendly people. I recommend renting the electric bicycle. When you get to the counter, they explain everything in depth to you, which is unusual, but nice. The room itself was great; it had no windows to the outside, but the price I paid was well worth it. The room was very comfortable and it had a great shower and a very efficient toilet.

Bel hôtel bien placé dans Hanoi et le vieux quartier. Personnel accueillant et très sympatique. Proche de tous les must see de la ville et des vins restaurants. Cependant, notre chambre était sans fenêtre, et elle était extrêmement humide et toute petite. Je vous recommande de payer un extra pour une meilleure chambre. Catherine, de l'agence de voyage de l'hôtel est très bien ainsi qu'il y a un spa.

立地がホアンキエム湖から近くて良いため、利用しました。 朝食は利用しなかったのですが、部屋の設備も良かったと思います。 以下、問題点です。 ・冬の利用だったのですが、エアコンに暖房機能がなかったため、星-1としました。 ・予約していたのにも関わらず、当日部屋がいっぱいで姉妹ホテルに案内されたため、星-1にしました。 ・代わりに案内された姉妹ホテルのグレードが明らかに下で、部屋の設備、朝食、アメニティーの品質がイマイチだったため、星-1にしました。 総合で考えると星2つの評価です。 予約したにも関わらず品質の下がる姉妹ホテルに案内するのは詐欺みたいなものだと思いますので、改善してほしいと思います。

酒店就在夜市，風景區和還劍湖旅遊區內，非常方便。 酒店附近20米內有便利店，米粉店，商品咨，咖啡廳........不用煩!!! 酒吧街走路只要10分鐘就到......晚上不用怕無聊喔!!

On 2 different days there was a roach in the sink. The room had a window but the walk directly outside of it blocked natural light. But I did have lots of light coming into my room @ night time from the hallway both through the fan & the cracks in the door seal (loose term).

Convineant hotel to staying

I book hotel for three night but I stayed two nights only. Staff very good & always try to help. During our stays that restaurant breakfast was very good ,balanced. チェックイン時にツアーを紹介してくれる。 飲食店もオススメを教えてくれる。 部屋は他のレビューにもあるように、カビ臭い感じ。ベッドのクッションもちょい臭い。 私の泊まった部屋は普通のカギで、開け方にコツがいる。 アメニティは、ｼｬﾜｰｷｬｯﾌﾟ、剃刀、歯ブラシ磨き粉、ｼｬﾝﾌﾟｰ、ボディｿｰﾌﾟ、固形石鹸などあり。 タオル類が2日間だけバスタオルだけだった、3日目はハンドタオルもあり。 コップなどがバッチャン焼きで良。 テレビの写り悪。 朝食の内容は良。窓ぎわは蟻に注意。 デポジットは無かった。 従業員の方々は良い印象。ありがとうございました。

Værdi for pengene og god service

Vi skulle have en enkelt overnatning efter en Ha Long Bay tur inden vi kunne komme videre med en flyver. Personalet på Mai var meget hjælpsomme og hjalp os planlægge vores videre rejse. Der var en underlig lugt på værelset til at starte med, men efter at vi tændte AC'en på fuld blæs forsvandt det.

Great location and best services

I and my sister have been for 6 days and 5 nights in Hanoi and Sapa. The staff at Mai Charming Hotel and Spa here took the best place of services. First start at offering us the most valuable tour in the best price. Took caring of our luggages and offering a nice comfort for us to take a shower even the day we didn't stay at their hotel. Full service of picking us from airport to hotel and hotel to the railway station. With the ticketing services. Staying at the hotel has been so nice. Vary and delicious breakfast are included with the affordable price. The room and stuff were clean and neat. Things were safe and sound here. The last thing was the best touring guide service. The staff was so nice. They never let you go out if you have no idea to travel. They are professional local tour guides. With their recommended attractions, local foods, ice cream, and coffee. You never be bored.

JERRY FRONT DESK GUY SCAMMED US! DO NOT STAY HERE

In our 4 month trip across southeast asia this hotel was by far the worst experience we had! Jerry the man working the front desk scammed us. We booked a flight with him through the hotel departing from our next destination and when we got to the airport he never booked our ticket gave us some made up confirmation email. when we called the hotel to get our money back he went back and forth saying he would refund me my money 1 month later and i can't get a hold of him and i never got our $275 USD back. BE WARE OF JERRY HE WILL SCAM YOU! other than that the hotel was nothing special plenty of other hotels in the area for the same price and better quality.
