직원들이 굉장히 호의적입니다. 친절하고 도움요청시 많은 도움을 줍니다. 조식이 굉장히 맛있구요 입맛에 잘맞았습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 넓은편이긴했는데 여느 한국호텔처럼 아주 깨끗한 이불이나 이런점은 조금 부족한것같습니다. 청소상태는 좋으나 이불이나 이런것들이 완전깨끗하고 쾌적하진않은?ㅜㅜ 그래도 정말 좋았습니다 ~!

観光に便利&対応が素敵

タンロン遺跡、ホアンキエム湖などの見所に歩いて行け、食堂もたくさんある便利な場所です。従業員の皆さんが常に笑顔で対応してくれて、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。

ホテルの外観は少し古く見えましたがが部屋は綺麗にされて清掃もいきとどいており満足でした。 朝食のビュッフェのメニューのレパートリーが少ないかなと思いますが スタッフも常に笑顔でツアー手配も迅速に対応してもらい素晴らしいホテルで満足しました。

Great service

Terrific service. Offers a fantastic breakfast-to-order. Staff helped give detailed instructions for a walking tour of Hanoi. Staff also helped change currencies and book our tour to Halong Bay (albeit we weren't impressed by the tour provider, Viola Cruise.) Location is situated in the old center of Hanoi, perfect if you're a tourist. Room was okay, not great, but very reasonable given the price point.

Perfect stay in the Old Quarter

This is the perfect accommodation in Hanoi's Old Quarter - from the moment our taxi pulled up to the front door we felt very welcomed by the helpful staff. They provided great information about where to go in our limited time and let us store our bags before our room was ready for check-in. The room itself was clean with modern facilities. Breakfast was included, with a great selection of both Vietnamese and Western options. Thanks for a wonderful stay and I look forward to coming back!

Friendly spot in Hanoi

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - staff are very friendly and on hand for any help you require. The breakfast they serve is great - your choice of eggs cooked to order along with cereal, toast, fresh fruit and juices. The internet worked really well and our room was clean, comfortable and fitted with a safe and fridge. There is a tour desk in the hotel - we didn't use this but there were people available for any questions. They arranged an airport pick up and taxi for onward travel. Good location within the old quarter and a short walk to the lake - the mopeds on the road outside are crazy but it is Hanoi!

素晴らしいスタッフの皆さんに感謝

旧市街に位置し、どこに行くにも便利なホテルです。ホテル自体は古い感じですが清潔感があり、大きい浴槽に熱いお湯がたっぷり使えて快適でした。初日にお風呂の排水が悪く次の日に申し出たところ、街歩きから戻った時には「直したので確認してね」とフォローアップも完璧でした。朝食も朝からフォーを頼めたり、 軽めが良ければベーコンエッグですませたり、と便利です。ホテルから徒歩3分ほどの所に大人気のとても美味しいフォー屋さんがあるのでホテル以外での朝食も良いですよ。しかしこのホテルで何よりも素晴らしいのはスタッフの皆さんです。いつも笑顔で名前で呼びかけてくれて癒されました。オススメのお店を聞いたら親切にいろいろ教えてくれて、まさにローカル！というお店でしたが抜群に美味しかったです。ベトナム語での挨拶も教えてもらい、毎回ベトナム語と日本語で挨拶を交わしたのも良い思い出です。 機会があれば次回もまたこちらのホテルを利用したいです。

Well placed and friendly

The service at this hotel is very charming the staff are very helpful and speak great English. It is a good hotel for the price but definitely get a room on the front of the building and as high up as possible as they are full of light.

個人旅行で利用しました。 良い点 　従業員が親切(チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりや車手配、シャワー利用等丁寧な対応でした。英語OK) 　ロケーション良し(ナイトマーケットへ徒歩5分、大教会へ徒歩15分ぐらい、コンビニも近くにあります。) 　部屋は広く窓が多い。清掃も出来ておりお湯もすぐ出ました。 悪い点 　建物や部屋はやや古い 　朝食はラインナップ、味とも微妙 滞在中大きな問題も無く、観光の拠点にするには良いホテルだと思います。
