Location is excellent, single room is comfortable. If the windows facing the street, it could be a little bit noisy in the morning.Free wifi. Very friendly staff and good ratio of the price-quality.

Sauberes Hotelzimmer ohne Komfort

Hotel ist nicht weit von der HDI Arena. Waren 20 Minuten unterwegs. Zum Bahnhof ein Katzensprung. Das schöne ist, man befindet sich im Zentrum. Das Hotelzimmer kann man getrost für 1 bis 2 Nächte buchen. Für länger fehlt mir das Verwöhnprogramm. Der Preis ist dem Zimmer angemessen.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Teuer und schlecht!

Es gab kein WiFi. Ich finde es nicht in Ordnung, dass man WiFi verspricht wenn es eifach falsch ist und ich verlange eine Entschädigung. Wenn ich es gewusst hätte, dann hätte ich mir ein anderes Hotel ausgesucht. Darüber hinaus durfte ich auch nicht in der Rezpetion bleiben weil die um mitternachts zumacht. Bedauerlich. Das ist doch kein Hotel.

Lage Top, Rest Flop

Das Bad war in einem katastrophalen Zustand, es war überall Schimmel und es hat gestunken. Über Tag habe ich deshalb extra die Badezimmertür aufgelassen, sowie das Fenster um den Geruch los zu werden. Dies hat aber nur kurz gehalten. Nachdem die Badezimmertür eine halbe Stunde zu war, war der Geruch wieder da. Zudem waren komische Flecken auf dem Fußboden und dem Stuhl.

we like to stay because of Easy access to public transport facilities and shopping. But During our four days of stay, the Bathroom sink was leaking. We informed the receiptionist staff many times. But nothing happened. So the water was on the floor and make floor slippery.

Nie wieder Hotels.com!

Das gebuchte Hotel sagte uns leider, dass sie nicht mehr mit Hotels.com zusammen arbeiten würden. Das gebuchte Zimmer gab es nicht mehr für uns... Statt dessen sollen wir zum Partnerhotel A+C-Hotel gehen. Dort wären wir schon registriert. Fußmarsch mit Gepäck: 3 km. Unfassbar! Das schlimmste war allerdings, dass wir im neuen Hotle nicht die gebuchten 59€ zahlen mussten sondern € 79 (!!). Sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt...

Hotel in Stadtnähe

.Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer für uns und unsere Kinder gebucht für eine Nacht gebucht. Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, obwohl es in der Hotelbeschreibung gegen Aufpreis möglich war. wir bekamen auch keine nebeneinanderliegende Zimmer wie gewünscht. Die Frau an der Rezeption war zwar freundlich aber konnte uns keine Infos geben über S- Bahn, Entfernung zur Expo Plaza ...... Unser Zimmer war eine ,,bessere Besenkammer" 5. Stock, mit Dachfenstern wo es nur eine Schalosie gab, die immer wieder hoch flutschte!!!! Beim zweiten Fenster fehlte sie ganz. Es gab auch nur eine Nachtkonsole. Bilder standen an der Wand und warteten wohl noch darauf aufgehängt zu werden. Der Fön war kaputt und das Bad nur was für schlanke Leute, so klein war es. Der Fernseher flimmerte nur vor sich hin. Beim auschecken haben wir keinen Menschen angetroffen, sodass wir den Schlüssel so hinterlegt haben. Service geht anders!!!!!!!! Das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotelzimmer ,was wir je hatten. Gut dass wir nur eine Nacht da waren

Lieber nicht nochmal

Also wer einen Platz zum schlafen braucht, der findet ihn hier, mehr aber auch nicht, kein Wlan, kein TV, dafür geschmacklose Einrichtung (wer stellt einen Schrank so an die Wand, dass damit das halbe Bild, das dort hängt, verdeckt wird???).

Einfaches Hotel. Aber alles Top. Super Lage

Alles Standard, aber gut. Sauber und ordentlich. Bad sehr gut. Sehr zentral gelegen. Trotzdem nicht übermäßig laut. Für kurze Aufenthalte nur zu empfehlen. Vor allem für den Preis.

Very good location, couldn´t be more central, but the room was a bit disappointing. E.g. no bedside lamp. Staff was friendly, room was clean. WiFi only for twenty minutes.

Völlig abgewohnt - Nie wieder

Check in - 20 Minuten, Buchung verschwunden. Werkzeug im Flur, Farbe und Putz sammeln sich am Boden. Kein Stuhl im Zimmer, dafür schräghängende Gardienen.Kein warmes Wasser morgens war schlimmer als die fehlende Seife und der angegraute Duschvorhang.

Bei Ankunft(früher Nachmittag)Rezeption nicht besetzt. Gardinen hängen von der Leiste runter, keine Zahnputzbecher(lt. Rezeption: Zahnputzbecher sind nicht üblich. Baulärm ohne Ende. bis 23:00 Uhr sollte Rezeption besetzt sein, 22:20 Uhr war sie schon nicht mehr besetzt. Spanische Gäste die gebucht hatten standen vor verschlossenen Türen. Fazit der Lage ist: ich habe berufsbedingt 43 Jahre in diversen Hotels gelebt, so etwas wie HOTEL CENTRAL HANNOVER habe ich noch nie erlebt.
