"This is a really lovely apartment hotel in a former industrial building, the highlight of which is a Patanoster. The breakfast is excellent and is served in a lovely loft-style setting – high-quality produce such as a superb selection of cheeses, really good scrambled eggs, delicious croissants and so on. The only downsides this time were a) the heat (the room had no air conditioning, which isn’t usually a problem in Hamburg, but this week and last week were really sweltering) and b) the fact that during the week, after 10 pm when the bar closes, there’s no way to buy drinks or anything similar. A small vending machine would be helpful."

"Beautiful property with the most breathtaking views from the terrace. Beautiful rooms, no matter in which part of the hotel they are located. The fitness room offering needs some improvement/rethinking but there is a wonderful running path along the Elbe river right in front of the property. Beautiful sauna area."

"So I will start by saying, I spent two weeks in Europe. This was my last stop. I always hope I save the best for last but unfortunately, that is went the case. This hotel was good but not the best. I actually ended up liking the neighborhood. It was residential and walkable. The neighbors and people who worked at the local businesses were nice and helpful. It was a very culturally diverse neighborhood. The actual property was as good. The person who maintains it or at least does the cleaning (Emmanuel) was friendly and helpful. The space was clean. There was a slight odor and the air circulation was lacking in June where it was 80 degrees. They did not respond on Hotel.com where I booked which was annoying because I had to call the number just to receive the WiFi code. Overall, not a bad stay. Hamburg is very metro accessible and I figured that out on my own. No frills space but decent and private."

"The hotel location is good if your visiting Airbus. The hotel food/breakfast facilities are poor. If there is more than one person ordering food in the evening then it takes a age for your food to be ready. No fridge, water or wardrobe in your room. Only good for a couple of nights maximum. If your planning a longer stay look elsewhere. "
