"Great staff. Our plane was delayed by 5hrs and we arrived at the hotel at 1am. They couldn’t have been nicer and upgraded us at no charge to a suite. The hotel is perfectly located for walking around the Downtown and the restaurant had great food and great service."

"I am 100% disabled. I was asked to move rooms three times due to reservation issues. I asked to see the GM the third time, and a new front desk person showed up who hadn't been there 2 weeks yet. I'll give them one more chance. Then I'll find a new place to stay while on Folly. Also...I'm a frequent flyer. I tip 20-30% in the off season. I deserve to be treated better, and with respect."

"Be careful paying extra for any type of room with a view - it’s not always what they say. We paid extra for a harbor view. Our balcony faced the neighboring building. You COULD see the harbor if you leaned out and looked to the left…so I guess you can have a harbor view if you work at it- but not from inside the room with the doors open. When I asked if that was indeed a harbor view room- The staff laughed and literally said let me know if you have any issues. I told them that was an issue and got another friendly laugh. Disappointing "

"The sink is cracked. The baseboard was coming off the wall. The Fridge wasn’t working The shower handle is loose. The shower ceiling had peeling paint throughout. The drawers was still have leftover tags from the previous guest For the price, this was far too expensive for the condition of the room. I have stayed in hotels with much better conditions for a much lower cost. "
