Once I got my mother and family members settled in my husband and I went to the other home 701 Smith St. without complications. My husband and I were not impressive about the neighborhood or the distance from the home on Chapel St., which they stated that the homes were walking distance; approximately 7 minute drive across the town. The home on Smith St. was nicely clean on the inside. We slept there...

"This was a beautiful property. Plenty of room for Family Fun and very close to the beach. The host was very helpful and communicated with us about the property. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Two blocks to Mason Ave and two blocks to the beach, the location was a real highlight for us. The house was clean, and check-in/check-out could not be easier. I was a little nervous about having the owners right next-door, but they were so polite when we saw them, and that was very rare. We had a great time, and hope that it’s available for our Cape Charles trip next year. "

Alternatively, there is a hot plate and a pot. I gave 4 out of 5 stars due to the coffeemaker not working and having one washcloth for two people but it was pleasant other than that. "
