This place is just across the main street from the ocean. It was a beautiful view from the room. The bed was comfortable however, the shower ran hot then cold, there was no towel bar in the bathroom but there were ants....lots of them. There is no air conditioning in the hallway and no elevator or handicap entrance or ramp to go up to the second floor... No phones and the lobby closes early and does not open until 8am. If you had an emergency,you were on your own. They did have free parking and right on the property. The owner was extremely nice and her twin boys were very nice and helpful. That is what made the stay. Everything else need to be updated badly.

Perfect location

We were pleased with our stay overall. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room was serviced daily. The room was large and cozy. It was also well insulated so noise from other guests and outside was not an issue. The only issues we had were that you get 2 metal keys for your room at check in, only 1 worked. The other was not even close to the same cut. I brought it back but they had no other key to offer, so only 1 room key for 4 of us. The other issue was parking. The room includes parking for 1 vehicle and the motel has exactly 1 space per room. However they allowed vendors to park on site so we returned from a trip and had nowhere to park. Luckily as we were waiting for them to resolve the issue another guest left so we took their spot, but then ended up being blocked in by that guest when they returned. The bathroom could use some updating, old fixtures and moldy odor but it was clean. Despite these couple things you cannot beat the price for the location and we will definitely return.

Harris Sea Ranch never disappoints!

This is our third time staying at the Harris Sea Ranch. It's the best value on the beach! Great price and great location. The addition of the huge hot tub is fabulous! We'll definitely be back in the future.

Liked that it’s within walking distance to everything. Didn’t like old feel to it and could have been a bit updated with more parking for the price. Didn’t feel like driving anywhere for fear of losing parking. Should make a drop box for keys if no staff is there during checkout time.
