Indoor pool is great to have. They have a big room for parties like sweet 16 or quinceniera with big tables. Looks very nice. Small excercise room could be better. Rooms have small fridge and microwave also. Bathrooms are small but clean.

The room was perfectly fine. However, this was just a little getaway from the house and kids for a bit. Upon entering, room was clean and no issues. However, the reason we chose that specific room was for the jacuzzi tub. However it did not work. Pressed down the button, and it got stuck. Got it unstuck, and nothing. It was nice to have time away, but when I went for the specific feature, I would like for it to function accordingly. I just wanted to relax and enjoy time with my husband. And unfortunately the one feature did not work.

I really enjoyed my state and the only problem that I had. I had spiders in my room but that was fine. I killed him and also the front door was not locking correctly, but they fixed it right away. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff there, especially the cleaning crew, are very excellent and warm. And friendly, I would stay there again. I loved my room

It seemed people were partying on our floor. The whole floor smelled like weed. Room floors were sticky, towels, especially the bath mat, was filthy. Not a good place for families.

The staff was amazing front desk was great they provided me with professional support and hospitality they also made sure I had clean sheets and towels daily!!! I had to extend my stay and they provided me with great service and the housekeepers were very helpful and made sure my room was clean and fresh!

All in all it was a good stay. Only issue was my door wouldn’t lock when I told them at 9 am and called around 5pm they hadn’t fixed it yet. But they did end up fixing it. Other than that everything was good
