Parking - lot is occupied by many cars belonging to residents, some of which do not appear to be functional. Residents also tend to hang out in the parking area. Probably safe due to the lighting and proximity to road - but doesn't necessarily feel secure. - Front desk staff isn't very welcoming /warm. - No restrooms in the lobby - No elevators to upper floor - Sink wasn't clean upon my arrival. Visible material still clinging to porcelain. - Carpet cleanliness iffy. - Linens were old but bed was comfortable - TV's aren't "Smart" or internet ready. You're stuck watching basic cable on a grainy screen. - No Channel guide. - Room service staff is friendly

This is a local hotel that we passed often, but never has the need to stay for we lived in the area. We were closing on our home and needed a place to stay for one night. The Whitney inn was perfect! We booked the king room which was both spacious and super clean. It seems it has been remodeled recently. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the room size was huge and the bathroom was super spacious and overall a great stay at the Whitney inn.

The Wi-Fi was a bit meh - at 2pm, rideshare apps wouldn't work, so I just started walking to my destination until I found a connection. When I got back from the concert I had no problems using my phone for videos or watching livestreams. Could have just been heavy usage when I got there at 2? I had an upstairs room with a king bed, it was spacious and clean, love a microwave & glass shower doors! The picture quality on the TV was low, but fine for backgrounds ambiance. I wasn't given any instructions on how to check out, and they don't have a Dropbox for key cards. The lobby was locked, around 8am when I left, so I had to buzz them for service. Not an issue at all, just something to note. I'd stay here again if I was in the area.

Was okay for our fleeting stay of a few hours.

The bathroom was sparklingly clean. Not so sure about the top bed cover. The curtain was torn and there was an outlet in need of repair.
