Very well located, next to the subway station and several Hamburg attractions. Can walk to the Elbphilharmonie. Rooms are fine, a bit on the small side. The reception attendant in the evenings was very accommodating, the rest were less friendly. Would stay there again.

Excellent choice in Hamburg. The bar area by the reception is the best! Gian Paolo makes excellent drinks, good ambiance and decoration. The only drawback was the construction work being done on the sidewalks in front of the hotel, but this should be finished soon.

My stay at premier inn on was an absolute disaster due to shockingly unprofessional staff. Upon arrival, I was brusquely told my Expedia reservation was invalid because “Expedia is a third-party company” and they had no room available . This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. When I tried to resolve this by making a direct reservation, the staff’s rude and dismissive attitude was infuriating. After much hassle, it turned out my Expedia booking was valid all along—a fact they should’ve confirmed from the start. This incompetence and hostility ruined the experience. Premier inn needs a serious overhaul in staff training and reservation handling. Avoid this place until they get their act together.

Gute Frühstücksbuffett und modernes Zimmer. Insgesamt sehr ruhig. Tolle Lage nahe der Speicherstadt und des Hafenquartiers. Sehr enge Tiefgarage. Leider hat es am Abend im Badezimmer nach Abfluss gerochen, was den Aufenthalt doch ein wenig trübte.

Very nice hotel for the price. My room had two huge windows with a fantastic view, heated bathroom floor, comfortable beds and several more nice amenities. The only bummer was I parked in the hotel garage for 18 hours and was charged $33.
