Akzeptabel mit Handlungsbedarf
Wir waren dort für eine zweckmäßige Übernachtung mit 5 Personen, und es war dafür Ok. Auch, dass eine Erdgeschoss/Kellerraum Wohnung mit Belüftung und leichtem Schimmel Probleme hat, ok, kennt man.
Durch die Etagenbett-Unterbringung konnte man allerdings deutlich sehen, dass mindestens eine der Matratzen von der Unterseite fast vollständig von Schimmelflecken bedeckt ist, und das muss einem Gastgeber auffallen. Das ist gesundheitsbeeinträchtigend und widerspricht jeglichem erwarteten Hygienestandard. Hier besteht dringender Handlungsbedarf in meinen Augen. Auch der Toilettenspülkasten funktioniert nur, wenn man immer wieder den Deckel öffnet und den verklemmten Schwimmer löst. Das ist nicht Aufgabe des Mieters.
Zum Ausgleich stehen Getränke bereit, und man wird auch mit zwei Astra-Pilsener zur Ankuft begrüßt, hier erkennt man, dass der Vermieter auch bemüht ist. Zur zweckdienlichen Übernachtung ok, zur Erholung/Freizeitausgleich würde ich es nicht mieten. Und bitte, die schimmelige Matratze gehört aus gesundheitlicher Sicht unbedigt ausgetauscht, das ist nicht zumutbar.

Super toll!!
Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Wohnung und wären am liebsten nicht wieder heim gefahren. Die Lage ist super, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr einfache aber tolle Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Service waren große Klasse. Nie habe ich einen so schnellen und netten Kontakt gehabt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
