"The staff is beyond rude they questioned my company and then told that I was not allowed to have company after full payment was already paid for my stay. While resting on the last day my sister decided to stay a little while long before her next trip although I told the front desk I was leaving early check out is at 11 am and my sister was rudely disturbed for a hour until it was check out time by loud knocks on the door and the front desk lady asking for the key to the room it was rude and unusual I would not stay at this specific place again but it is beautiful but you get no real privacy and you or it may have just been the lady that was at the desk she was really the only problems because the giest were extremely friendly "

"Room was DISGUSTING, roaches, drug deals out front, paint was peeling off the walls, pool was drained and non operational, "free Internet" only worked from the lobby. Thankfully we only needed a bed to sleep in before our cruise the next day, or else I would have walked out IMMEDIATELY. Paid over $100 for a roach motel. STAY AWAYYY!!! FAR AWAY!!! Spend the extra $20 and stay at a motel 8 or something better than this place. There's a smoke shop being run out of one of the rooms. The entire property smelled like marijuana!"

"This is my go-to hotel when I visit this area. The hotel is clean and comfortable, though not exactly luxurious. But that's fine with me. The location just off of I-95 is ideal for my purposes. I've stayed here many times over the years and I've always had good experiences here. I will return."

"I feel the accommodations were misrepresented. The picture of the room posted online with hard floors is not even close to what we got with filthy carpet. My daughters didn’t even feel comfortable having their shoes off! The room had a utility closet with a rattling air conditioner, The remote and TV didn’t work because it need batteries and when I checked with the front desk, they said that they needed to put in a maintenance request to fix which never happened so TV was unusable. The ice machines were always empty. I would say the only positives are the balcony, shower, valet accessibility and 10 minute walk to beach. No response from host on multiple communications to discuss the room dissatisfaction. "

"so room floor was so dirty! fan on ceiling had thick layer of dust on. air conditioning was so loud that It was impossible to have in on at night! garden was overgrown with weeds and looked very messy. kitchen had microwave and fridge that’s it. "
