Our stay at The Rebecca Rolfe House was wonderful! It is located on a beautiful street with large, charming mansions, and is very convenient to town. It was sparkling clean and neat with a lot of character, very warm and lovely in all respects. We also thought our hostess Angela was the best: very accommodating, friendly and thoughtful -- good hot breakfast too.

Nice play to stay
It was a nice setting, although I was on the move a lot so didn't have a chance to stay long and enjoy the house more. The house is close to an amazing restaurant called the Molasses Grill in Halifax.
Great B&B, our hostess, Angela couldn’t have done any more to make us feel welcome. Everything was excellent right down to a beautifully cooked breakfast.
I had never stayed at a BnB but I can tell you this was an amazing experience. It was a warm and friendly atmosphere and the room was spacious and clean with its own bathroom. The owner could not have been more attentive and friendly.
I look forward to going back.
What a surprise to learn about the B&B located in Halifax, Va. that Native American Pocahontas had once lived there. My hostess, took me on a private tour of B&B and how enlightening it was for me to be in the same space Pocahontas shared. My accommodations were splendid and plan to go back. I cannot imagine of ever staying in a traditional commercial space again after experiencing such a lovely home. Thank you Angela.
