I bought and paid late checkout and explicitly told them not to wake up 10’times, guess what they called and woke me up anyway. Specifically people at the reception were not friendly We arrived at dinner time, but they refused to serve us dinner because we did not book for it in advance and there is no other food in the hotel, and around the hotel you have to walk far just to eat which is also not recommended due to the risk of Bear attacks"
