The staff are warm and hospitable, the breakfast selection is amazing and we especially loved the snacks and coffee provided throughout the day including Happy Hour cocktails and Late night ochazuke. The onsen within the hotel was especially appreciated since it was winter. The onsen facilities are clean and modern, and the hotel provides tattoo stickers for anyone who needs it. The rooms are spacious and clean! Would definitely stay at Intergate Kanazawa if I visit Kanazawa again!"
