Biggest hotel room I've had in Japan so far, with 20' ceilings. Concrete floor probably didn't help with the sea lion rookery snoring next door to me. Not much the hotel can do about that. The A/C fan is too quiet to help drown out such noise. Bring music in case you run into the same thing.

変わった内装のホテルです。2階しかなく倉庫みたいでした。室内は問題ありません。朝の食パンもありがたくいただきました。床がコンクリ打ちっぱなしなのでやや、寒々しいかな。あと、2階なので朝窓から外が丸見え。カーテンが開けられませんでした。

スタッフの方が親切丁寧な対応をして下さいました。ロビーでのドリンクサービス・朝食のトースト・コーヒーが無料でいただけたのは嬉しかったですし美味しかったです。難点は、音です！ホテルとして作った建物ではないので　音はよく聞こえます。

色々情報かな

コスパはそこそこでは有るが、部屋内のフロアーがデザインの関係上、コンクリート打ちっぱなしはどうも落ち着けないかな。スリッパはあるが、日本人は素足で過ごしたい。 天井が異常に高い所は開放感があるかな？ 無料提供のコーヒーはまずまず、ＢＳテレビを導入してほしいかな。

ちょっと残念

リピーターです。とても好きなホテルで今回も連泊しましたが、シャンプーバーがなくなり、eco対応のドリンクサービスも無くなっていた様子…、残念です。今回は窓が無い部屋だったのも残念。 隣室が女の子の二人連れで、夜中まで大声で話す声や笑い声が響いていて、眠れませんでした。 次は静かな滞在ができるといいな。

チェックイン時にECO清掃のアナウンスがあったが言い方が半ば強制的に聞こえた。もちろん清掃してくれと伝えた、おそらく人件費削減策の一環だろうがそれを客に悟られるようではこの評価を受けることとなる。

このホテル、癖になりそう

未完成のホテルの様です。壁はボードむき出しの壁紙無し、床はコンクリート、天井も配管そのまま、懐かしい裸電球が上からぶら下がっている。よく言えば、今までのホテルの概念を超越している先進的な空間。 でも、なぜか癖になりそう。

環境に優しく、気の利いた朝食のホテル

注意：誰かが聞いている

最大の問題は、隣の部屋のみんなの声が聞こえたということでした。 たとえば、隣の人が目覚まし時計をセットしていたので、朝起きました。 プライバシーは一切ありません。 話している間も彼らの声を聞くことができました。

価格&朝食パン&五稜郭に近いのが◎

部屋の床と壁がコンクリートなので、普通のホテルと比べると、見た目の落ち着き感はないかも。でも、フロントの対応はとても良かったし、宿泊代が安くて朝食のパンが食べ放題なのが良い！ 五稜郭タワーまで歩いていけるのもGOOD‼︎ ホテルで無料自転車を借りて、五稜郭周りをサイクリングする時間の余裕があったら、もっと楽しかっただろうな。函館駅や赤れんが倉庫群や函館山までは距離があるが、いずれも路面電車1本で行ける。
