We stayed here for the 2025 Bald Eagle Festival. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go from the place including grocery stores and restaurants. We had everything we needed in the unit for our stay. The power went out in town for quite a while one day and Miki sent someone over with an extra flashlight - that was very nice.

Loved my stay at the bakery. Miki is definitely a super host. Very friendly and accommodating. My place was very clean. The bed and linens super comfy. I had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay in Haines

Miki runs an excellent operation which includes the rental and her restaurant. She was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant several times and were never disappointed. We would stay again.

Great space!

Great space to rent, clean and comfortable! Note two small steps to bathroom for those with accessibility challenges, but has grab bar for support. I would rent this location again.

Comfortable, modern accommodations in great location!

The new studio apartments which are attached to the Chilkat Bakery are great! Everything inside is well designed and comfortable for a great experience. It is walk-able distance to downtown, located within a minute walk of the main grocery store. Miki, the owner is very friendly and a great host. Added bonus -- being attached to a bakery means great food right next door to the apartment!
