Amazing & spectacular view from the Lobby Bar.

Amazing & spectacular view from the Lobby Bar on the top (46?) floor. Too dim to work at night, but the Club Lounge was a good spot for light business meetings. Hotel staff professional and helpful. Great location - right across street from a mall full of good restaurants. Great pool.

Awesome & spectacular view from the Lobby Bar

Lobby Bar on the top floor has an awesome, spectacular view! During the night, there is insufficient light to do any work. But the Club Lounge had good set up for business meetings.

This is not the Langham experience you expect. Do not put your Langham standard into this one, it’ll disappoint you. The original room booked was told not available during check in and asked if we are ok to downgrade. Of course said no, they said they’d figure out and give us a call once sorted. Ended up no one called after spending full day outside. There was a wedding happened during our stay and the wedding guests were hanging on the hallway and were SMOKING INDOORS. Of course the smell went into our room. Told the reception and they said the wedding guests are leaving soon and they can try to tell them to stop smoking. Also told they cannot accommodate a new room but can give us a free afternoon tea. Went to have our afternoon and they said it wasn’t free and spent a long time to verify. The whole experience was very unprofessionally handled, and the cleanliness is also concerning.

Super helpful staff. 5 overall room had some minor hits to carpet and curtains that diminished the feeling of a topnotch property. Can’t expect those to be changed out from minor damage but they are noticed. Quality of the build and materials in excellent. Soundproofing is superb so sleep was excellent. Great bed and bedding. Location convenient to excellent food and shopping.

A well-like hotel

Overall excellent. We don't think the Tang Court Chinese (Canton) food is up to the par (in fact well below standard of Chinese cuisine). We will return for more stays but never to enter the Tang Court for Chinese food.
