"We stayed one night to spend extra time with our grandson who lives in Haifa. The location is really nice, near a lot of cool cafes/bars/restaurants; seems like an up and coming area. The facilities are very basic and our room was smaller than the ones we saw online. Good: great bathroom lighting, good water pressure and an actual shower door so no bathroom flooding. "Everything about our stay was perfect and beyond expectations: the wonderful staff, the spacious and tastefully decorated room, the cozy down comforter and pillows, the thoughtful in-room amenities, the complimentary afternoon Segal wine with crackers and cookies, and the delicious coffee and more. The hotel’s excellent location and convenient onsite garage were an added bonus. We’re already looking forward to staying at Carmella again the next time we’re in Haifa."

"The couple who owned the property were very helpful. They gave me a ride to the train station on my last day as I was unsure how I was going to get there. The wife was very kind and helped me with some issues related to travel for me as I had not traveled much out of the US. My room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area. I thought it might be noisy as it was on the corner of two very busy streets, but it was very quiet. "
