Pet friendly! Built in 2006 and just remodeled with new appliances and paint, this charming cabin on a private cattle and horse ranch is surrounded by fragrant sagebrush and chokecherry bushes and offers views, privacy, and peace. There is a large fenced yard, a private patio with furniture including cushions, a gas BBQ grill, and a chimenea with firewood provided. Inside, you have a full kitchen, a bedroom, and a full bathroom that includes a new washer and dryer. In the living room, you will find a new pull out queen sized couch, a recliner, a TV, and a woodburning stove. there is a dining table for 4 and an eating bar with two stools as well. The porch offers evening sun, while the patio has morning sun- a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee! We have plenty of parking, so if you are bringing a boat, your snowmobile trailer, or your side by sides, you will have no problem parking and turning around. This is the only cabin on our ranch other than our private home, which is barely visible from the porch of the cabin due to large bushes and trees. You are less than 15 minutes from downtown Gunnison and Gunnison Regional Airport, and about 40 minutes from Mt. Crested Butte. You can also drive East on Highway 50 and be at Monarch Mountain Ski Resort in 35 minutes. Blue Mesa Lake is less than 30 minutes away. Our gate is located between mile markers 167 and mile marker 168 on US HWY 50. Google map may be slightly off, so look for the gate between those mile markers.
