"Good things: Staff were honest and well behaved. Whenever we needed anything,they would come and attend. Things not satisfactory: Bed height in our room was too low,approx 1.5 feet high, difficult to use especially if you have any elderly person with you. There is no lift . The complementary breakfast and food available is extremely limited,don't go by the extensive printed menu available in the room. "Bathrooms need to be properly cleaned. White plastic plates and cups provided in Breakfast were not clean and were dirty. Kitchen hygiene was not good. Staff were supportive though and turnaround time was quick for other areas. Hotel was reachable by cabs and autos were only few steps away which was good."
