"Staff in club lounge were amazing. We did go for breakfast in general restaurant and it was a bit hectic so we kept to the club lounge for our remaining stay. Our housekeeper Nancy (749) had our room spotless and was friendly, in fact all the staff in the hotel are friendly and this makes for an inviting and relaxing stay. We have stayed 5 times now and will return with preferred club. 3 out of 5 have been club so we obviously enjoy the extras that club offers, in particular the terrace and of course club lounge for breakfast. Oh also the live music at breakfast really does make you know you’re at a premium hotel. Feliz Navidad 🎄 Robert and Anne x"

"I stayed at this hotel, which is officially rated as 5 stars, but in reality I would give it more of a solid 3 stars. The rooms are very spacious and, most importantly, everything is extremely clean — that’s definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. However, the rooms are quite outdated. Some of the furniture is chipped, the inside of the fridge was cracked, and overall you can see that the place needs renovation. Still, the cleanliness made up for a lot. Breakfast was absolutely perfect. There was everything from a full English to continental options, various drinks, and plenty of healthy choices. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay. I didn’t try the pool because we spent most of our time outside sightseeing. The area around the hotel doesn’t have many restaurants, so it’s not a destination like Los Cristianos. We drove about 10 minutes to the beach, which was great. The hotel is only about 14 minutes by car from the airport, which is convenient, but keep in mind that planes fly directly over the property. If you spend the whole day at the hotel, the noise might start to bother you. Overall, a clean hotel with excellent breakfast, but not up to true 5-star standards. Definitely would come back in future "

"Can't beat it for the price! Spacious room.. a little outdated but spotless and comfy. Everything you need. Lovely views! The thing that really made it are the people. The staff in the paradise pool bar were the best! Nothing was ever a problem for them and you genuinely felt very welcome even when they were busy! Also the staff in the Romys bar upstairs and the entertainment staff were just fab. We only had one meal in Zacharys but the food was lovely! The hotel is located bit of a walk up the hill from the beach but it wasn't a problem for us. Taxi approx 5-6 euros from fanabe beach. The pool was freezing! But we were here end of November when the temps are lower than average. It would probably be quite refreshing in the summer months! Overall excellent! We will be back! "
