LEGOLAND Gunzburg

I stayed here two nights to visit Legoland. The girls at the check-in desk were really kind. The room was really super comfortable, everything you need. Just 5 minutes from Legoland, I found this hotel to be really great. Of course, it is not in the center of the town, but in less than 5 minutes you can reach the center where there are excellent restaurants and also the Lidl Supermarket. Staying here is a great choice

Die Umgebung ist fragwürdig, trotz dass eine Tankstelle und ein Bäcker nur 50m entfernt sind. Alles ist überwacht und es läuft ein Wachdienst rum. Verursacht eher ein unsicheres Gefühl. Zimmer sind spartanisch aber zweckgemäß eingerichtet und sauber.

Das Hotel ist im Industrie/ Gewerbegebiet. Umgebung war nicht ansprechend. Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Bad mit Regendusche, wenn auch eher klein. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, dafür ausreichend im Zimmer. Leider kein Safe und keine Möglichkeit im Zimmer Jacke oder ähnliches aufzuhängen. Mehrere Regale aber kein Schrank oder Garderobe vorhanden. Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ok!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett, auch das Hotel ist sehr sauber sowie das Zimmer, wir waren mit 2 Kinder im Hotel selbst die Kinder Hatte Ihren Spaß und wollten noch im Hotel Bleiben ☺️ auch gibt es Parkplätze also immer wieder gern.

Man muss wissen dass diese Unterkunft neben einem grossen Asylzentrum ist. Anosnten ist nur noch eine Tankstelle in der Nähe.

Unmögliches Personal

Da ich geschäftlich in Günzburg war, wollte ich eine Rechnung für die Übernachtung haben. Das Personal hat es nicht geschafft eine Rechnung auszustellen. Da wurde ich an Xpedia verwiesen. Ich habe ja nicht bei Xpedia übernachtet sondern im Hotel Yebs. Eine Lösung des Problems konnte vor Ort nicht realisiert werden im Gegenteil wurde ich bei Xpedia für diese Hotel gesperrt. Was soll das?
