"Lovely place. Not loud as other reviews state that. Right in front of the boardwalk with a beautiful view as you make your way out the hotel. Good location of the boardwalk too, right in the middle. Close to good restaurants, ice cream shops, and there's a pharmacy next door. Overall great experience for my family and I. One thing I would suggest though is maybe replacing the glass that acts like a guardrail going to the master bedroom. It's way too low. Obviously just got to be cautious of that but everything else is perfect! "

"We were in town for a softball tournament and decided to try a different hotel. We really enjoyed the property. The rooms are huge and we'll appointed. The staff was friendly as well. Unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned but that wasn't the end of the world. I got fresh towels from the front desk. In addition, our bed was horrible and definitely needs replacement. Finally it was not clear when the restaurant is open. But we found the hotel a nice surprise and we'll stay there again. "

"Casa Velasco is in a great location near shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the Malecon. The staff are very responsive and check in and out is very smooth even without a physical check in desk. Would go back next time."

"This place was perfect, BUT the beds, they have to upgrade beds to something more comfortable and dreamy, beds were hard to where we didn’t sleep and our bodies were hurting. Other than that this place was amazing!"
