I liked its location next to Parque Historico. That being said, the park closed at 4:30 and there was nothing else to do in the area. I didn’t realize the property was not a hotel but a private residence. That explains why there was nothing to do in the area.

No la experiencia fue terrible no es nada agradable. Es muy sucio el desayuno no es tan bueno, las fotografías son un engaño, si uno busca economía es por ahorrar pero eso no significa que le sugieran sitios tan de mala calidad

Wahib met me at the airport and gave me interesting info about Guayaquil on the drive. I had a very nice breakfast in the morning and more friendly conversation. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a warm personal travel experience!

Horror story! I arrived in Guayaquil late evening and was told they had no record of our 2 nights reservation. We had to go to another hotel downtown. Fortunately we received a refund of our non refundable reservation from Hotels.com.

Lugar acogedor y gente amable

El hotel esta dentro de una urbanización antigua, bastante grande y solo tiene 1 garita de entrada para visitantes, había una fila gigantesca y demoramos casi 1 hora en la fila. El taxi nos cobró 10 dolares lo que nos hubiera costado solamente 3 dolares por la distancia. Para salir se puede salir caminando hasta la principal en samborondón donde hay de todo, pero no pudimos salir caminando porque estaba inundada toda la calle, por suerte la dueña muy amablemente nos sacó hasta la iglesia donde teníamos nuestro matrimonio a 7 cuadras, en la principal. Cuando llegamos no tenían nuestra reserva, a pesar de haberla hecha con mas de 1 mes de anticipación y haber pre-pagado, nos toco esperar otros 30 minutos afuera en la calle hasta que lleguen a abrirnos, había mucho mosco afuera (por la humedad e calle inundada) y a mi esposa le comieron los mosquitos las piernas. El lugar simple pero acogedor, la gente muy amable y servicial, al dia siguiente nos dieron un buen desayuno muy amablemente, a pesar de que estaba todo mojado por la lluvia. El aire acondicionado nunca funcionó, no tuvimos a quien pedir que nos ayude porque llegamos tarde en la noche.
