Very good value for money. The hotel can organize a taxi driver for airport pickup which is really good. I came in at midnight and wouldn't want to take a random taxi at that hour. The cheapest rooms are inside rooms which means they don't have windows to the outside. The breakfast is very good for the price, it includes scrambled eggs, sausages, different kinds of bread, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, fruit juices and coffee. The staff were very friendly and it was also possible to store my luggage at the reception for free after checkout since I had some stuff to do in Guayaquil before I left for the bus station.

This is the third time that the credit card machine at the reception is not working properly. I had to go to find an ATM outside about 10 minutes walk. And the front desk person wasn't helpful. The rooms are outdated. I had to ask the reception to change my room because some blinds were missing and people could literally see me from the streets. And no one apologized. i will not go back at this hotel and do not recommend it.
