Breakfast was only coffee with milk, some old bread, old cheese, papaias and bananas. Many kids at the pool yelling early in the morning. Staff rude and not helpfull.

Lugar lindo, de fácil acesso, com funcionarios simpaticos e gentis. Mas, há necessidade de manutenção nos quartos, pois precisamos pedir toalhas e lençóis e também tivemos problemas com ar condicionado, janela do banheiro quebrada, pés das camas sem firmeza e higienização de cobertores. Acredito que maior atenção nesses detalhes farão a estada melhor.

Horrível, nunca mais volto

Horrível, é a primeira vez que vou numa pousada e não posso usar o espaço antes do check in, sempre liberam a piscina até a hora do check in, e pedi pra guardar a bagagem antes, pra andar por lá já que era muito cedo,a pessoa que nos atendeu disse que não era procedimento da pousada, mas guardou numa sala,

Cheiro muito forte de cigarro no quarto. Geladeira estava desligada num dia quente, demorou horas para gelar uma água. Não havia sequer um sabonete. E internet não funcionava nos quartos, pois o sinal vem de um roteador que fica na recepção e mal pega no corredor.

Bom para fim de semana com família

A Pousada Pau Brasil é de boa qualidade. Tem uma recepção atenciosa, quartos com cama boa. Só precisa saber se o quarto possui ou não geladeira. A maioria tem. Piscina muito bem cuidada. Otimo para curtir toda familia. Cafe da manhã simples, mas gostoso.

Gostei do sossego para relaxar,da piscina e no ambiente geral. Embora meu quarto estivesse equipado com frigobar nem todas as unidades possuem e isso é um ponto as ser destacado. O ponto negativo foi o café da manhã,muito simples é sem opções de pães,bolos e frutas, que no dois dias foram servidas bananas e melancia. Sucos de frutas, geleias e outras delicias também não foram servidas. Embora os funcionários tenham sido bem simpáticos e preservativos faltou uma gerência de fato para organizar o café da manhã.

Hotel é ótimo! Limpeza impecável. Não sei se por conta da escolha do quarto, mas não tinha frigobar. O casal que atende na pousada é super educado e atencioso, meu filho se sentiu mal e ajudaram, inclusive enviando o motorista da pousada na farmácia pra comprar remédio. Piscina ótima, local agradável. Único fato negativo é sobre o café da manhã. Pouquíssima variedade, poucas frutas, sem cereal ou opções para crianças. De forma geral a pousada é super agradável e eu voltaria certamente
