Our stay was absolutely wonderful — the hotel itself and the service were excellent. But what truly made the difference was the staff, especially Claire Huang at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us, even assisting with some online orders we needed to make. Every member of the team was amazing, but Claire really stood out.
