Cuando llegamos dijeron que teníamos que pagar ahí para que nos pudieran entregar la habitación. Nosotros ya habíamos pagado en línea. Sin embargo no nos quisieron entregar la habitación y nos dijeron que ese no era problema de ellos. Que Expedia no les estaba haciendo los pagos. Lo cual es súper raro por que nunca había tenido este problema. Si les aparecía nuestra reservación y el pago. Aún así nos dijeron que buscáramos otro hotel y ese dinero se perdió.

Al llegar a la propiedad nos recibio un Señor de nombre Carlos Martínez Landa, que de forma inicial nos recibio después de tocar durante 10 minutos fuera de la propiedad, salio con mal aliño y limpieza, se porto querulante y grosero desde un inicio, nos pidio volver después del check in (15:00h), al regresar al rededor de las 20:00h nos comento de forma muy grosera, irritable, burlona que no tenía ninguna reservación, que no tenia relación con expedia y que no tenia el dinero en la mano por lo que no nos podria recibir, que hicieramos lo correspondiente pero no nos recibirira. Al final logramos conciliar con Expedia debido a su eficacia, pero el hotel deja mucho que desear, pésimas condiciones del inmueble y pésimas condiciones del encargado. Definitivamente no recomiendo este hospedaje.
