Si rivolga a Vrbo per il rimborso, che non ho ancora ricevuto e che mi hanno sottratto dei soldi che riguardavano la tassa di soggiorno!!ma...

"Non sono stata nella vostra struttura perché non siete stati reperibili per il cekin nella struttura am trovato altra gente che a pagato il soggiorno dall 14/08 al20/08 in tale caso chiedo il rimborso per la vostra colpa bon era posibile essere contattati il 15/08 alle ore 11 "
