Wow!

What an amazing place! The hotel is beautiful and recently renovated,, so it has the finest comveniences. The staff was the best: helpful, polite and efficient. And the location is at the entrance to the most charming hill village I’ve seen. The town is filled with artists’ galleries and little shops and is absolutely delightful. My favorite stop and my favorite hotel in Istria.

Great Istrian Experience

Our stay in all aspects was amazing. Ben, Wijay and Jozo couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasurable and completely satisfying. Aldo, the chef created some delicious meals. And Zee was very helpful getting us checked in and getting us anything we needed for the room. What a wonderful experience in a beautiful place.

Picturesque town, nice hotel

Very nice terrace for coffee as well as breakfast in the morning - a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and forests. Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean room and hotel in general. The town is just so picturesque.

Great property. Location was perfect right on the edge of the tiny village. We had bikes and they accommodated them with no problem. The breakfast was wonderful with great coffee. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Outside cafe was a good spot to hang out and the views were amazing.

Grisignana è un borgo che merita una visita e sicuramente una sosta; l'albergo sembra di recente ristrutturazione ed è ben localizzato, ma la gestione della prenotazione da parte dell'albergo ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Ho prenotato una camera per due adulti ed un bambino di 11 anni e mi sono ritrovata con una doppia con letto queen size, senza possibilità di aggiungere una brandina. Il check in è concesso entro le ore 22.00 salvo accordi con la struttura che però non ha mai risposto al telefono. Ho dovuto far intercedere Hotels.com. Dopo svariati messaggi ho ottenuto un benestare a check in posticipato alle 23.30 ma con mia sorpresa il giorno dopo volevano che pagassi questo servizio come extra e così anche la terza colazione. Grazie all'ulteriore intervento di Hotel.com sono riuscita a confermare le condizioni pattuite. Esperienza da non ripetere! Uno speciale grazie a Sebastian,il concierge che si è comunque prodigato suo malgrado
