Very clean. Parking lot very small

Everything was very clean. The room was well stocked with anything that may be needed during stay. Front desk staff was super friendly. Bed was comfortable. The only thing that was inconvenient was the parking lot is super small. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find a parking spot when I pulled in but after driving around I finally did. If you make the parking bigger then this place would definitely be 5 stars all the way

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very professional. Cleanliness of the hotel over all was very good. The room was nice except for a few flaws. The shelf over the desk was falling off the wall. The bathroom door would not shut. The air conditioner probably needed to be cleaned. There was a Musky smell in the air. The worst part of the room was the mattress. My husband had to sleep caddy corner in the bed because of the humongous dip, almost like a hole in the mattress.

Rooms were extremely dirty, mudd all over walls, restroom had questionable stains on the walls. This was clearly a 1 star motel at the least. Clerk in the front did not know what was going on with system and place 4 security deposits on my debit card and on my husbands debit card as well and continued to ask for cash after we told him they went through. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Floors were wet in my room and stayed that way cause of AC and maybe humidity. Bathroom smelt like urine. Breakfast was minimal and noticed no silverware or plates/bowls. Wi-Fi signal shotty. Heard noise from hallway since door had a gap at bottom. Pictures looked nice but definitely did not feel comfortable.

Room's appliances are very cheap, and no siute case holders, I had to rest my suite case on a towel on the wooden floor. Room's AC blowing humid air only. Very careless in handling breakfast, there was almost nothing to eat in breakfast during my entire stay (4 nights), even the coffee was cold to warm. I don't recommend this hotel and i don't think i would like to stay in this hotel again

There is nothing to like. AC doesn't fully function. Very small TV for basically no TV service. Floor in room hasn't been mopped in years. Desk broken. Door have no seal on bottom so basically your room is bright from the hall light. You can hear every room's steel door SLAM shut, even from floor above. Terrible. Arrived to 5 police cara in parking lot.

Very clean and nice. Bed was super comfy and alot of good channels. I like the shampoo conditioner choices as well. Staff was more than helpful and met my needs. Thanks sure stay groves texas!

Black mold on ceiling and walls in bathroom, I have pictures. I also expected to be able to watch Thursday night football, however you could not get to the station due to having the wrong remote controls which apparently the manager has known about for months. A $9 universal remote. It also took 4 different keys to open the door. When anyone’s door closes naturally it sounds like a gun going off. I reported all these things. It was so bad I asked for a refund on the second day which I was told I would get and have not received. One manager told me it was 11:38 and checkout was at 11 so no refund for the second day. Really? On top of everything else I was suppose to leave work to check out? I got there when I could. My stay was so bad I left whether I was going to get a refund or not. Terrible place and evidently manager. Black mold is not healthy.
