Tolles Haus

Das Haus war klasse. In einem Badezimmer hatten wir eine Verstopfung. Diese wurde bei Reklamation in der Rezeption sofort behoben. (Innerhalb von 15 Minuten war schon der Haustechniker da) Toller Service. Lieben Dank.

Tolle Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Komfortables Ferienhaus, super ausgestattete Küche, Sauna und Whirlwanne. Zum Strand ist es ein kurzer Spaziergang. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt!

Leider ein zu kleines Haus bekommen

Wir haben beim einchecken erfahren, dass mit unserer Buchung etwas schief gelaufen ist. Wir hatten die Optionen ein Haus zu bekommen mit einem Zimmer weniger als gebucht oder nach hause zu fahren. Mit 3 Kindern war es für uns keine Option nach hause zu fahren, also haben wir ein kleineres Haus erhalten und einer musste den gesamten Urlaub auf dem Sofa schlafen. Das Haus an sich war in Ordnung. Der Ort,Strand und Animation für kinder war super schön. Über eine Entschädigung wird noch diskutiert.

Ferienhaus

Ferienhaus soweit alles ok. Die Zuwegung ist bei anhaltendem Regen sehr matschig und schlecht befahrbar/begehbar. Ferienhaus ist leider bei Anreise völlig unbeheizt. Steht zwar in den Anreiseinfos, macht bei Anreise im Winter trotzdem ein sehr unangenehmes Ankommen, da das Haus wirklich völlig ausgekühlt war.

Bis auf ein paar kleine Mängel sehr zufrieden ( Duschkabienentüren wie im Vorjahr leider beschädigt, Kaffeemaschine defekt würde aber recht zügig gegen eine neue ausgetauscht)

Schöner Urlaub für große Familien. Saubere Einrichtung, alles vor Ort was gebraucht wird. Sehr schöne Strandnähe. Dennoch ein Makel, dass die Lampe der Sauna nicht mehr innerhalb des Urlaubs ausgetauscht wurde, somit saß man nur im Dunklen in der Sauna. Und zu wenig Druck auf allen Wasserleitungen.
