"I really enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Gratz. The sauna was fantastic and really helped me recover after doing an ultramarathon (which is why I traveled to the area). "Beautiful room overlooking the lake. Free parking available which was convenient. Sauna was An added bonus. Comfy bed and pillows. There was a hairball in the bathroom and trash already in the can so unsure if the toilet area was cleaned. The rest of the room was great. Only other complaint was no air conditioner. For such a nice property it should have had air. They did supply a fan but it was SO loud it made it hard to sleep."

"This hotel is very clean and staff were very good, attentive and friendly. The hotel also was very immaculate. Views of the hotel were mesmerizing. Very friendly staff, breakfast was amazing. While the whole hotel staff were very nice and very helpful, i should mention the front office manager Florian for his friendly gestures for the guests and his thoughtfulness. Marina from the restaurant was also very friendly and very helpful and also very energetic. I think both of these staff are assets to this place and for the guests. Love this hotel and we will definitely be back soon."
