It is near to transportation. close to the cricket Ground and the street party and located in a quiet area

Our stay was excellent. My daughter and i spent 4 nights at the property. We were there for the Goodwill games at the Rodney Bay Aquatic Centre so the location was very convenient and access to transportation easy. The property was very clean & the staff friendly and helpful. For a short stay i would definitely recommend Stephanie Apartments.

Well past its display date

No....hot water, wi fi in room, instead, there was ......rattling aircon and old fridge very noisy so turned it off. Seal was defective anyway. Room clean but old, dated. Lumpy bed in seeming homemade divan. Tv very poor. Mimimal standards, with nearly dead appliances do not justify the 70.80 usd paid. Not recommended.

The staff was friendly. I was unable to charge my phone because the outlet was not working. Reported the issue and nothing was done. The door was difficult to open. Ironing board falling apart. Had to iron on the bed. Bathroom was dusty. Clothes hangers were not in good condition. Shower is really small. Only got 2 small bars of facial soap. Thankfully I brought my own. Overall I felt like I wasted my money. Definitely not gonna stay there a second time.

It has easy access to where you are going. It is surrounded by a fire station, police station and the health centre. Additionally the property is pretty safe.

Really Basic

A very basic hotel but close to the marina and boatyard. No services and the restaurant was closed. It was clean and no bugs with good AC and TV. Internet was intermittent. Suited my time working to get my boat ready to launch

Not exactly a hotel

We were very disappointed this was more like a back packers stop off than a hotel, with the exception of one member of staff, the staff were generally non responsive and laid back and not forth coming with information either because they didn't know or were not interested as we got different responses from different staff. Bedding and towels were stained and tatty. The room was full of ants and there was no door handle on the inside of the door making it difficult to lock from the inside. The fridge provided in the room did not close properly therefore food could not be kept cold or fresh.

They are theives paid and the act like u didnt

Theives they got the payment and when we arrived they acted like the girl who got the email and which I spoke to over the phone was not around and you have to pay in person again after the received the payment before . Bunch of theives Karma will get you'll though,I am not the first to experience this!!

Pratique pour petit budget

Cet hôtel est idéal si vous n'avez pas l'intention de rester dans la chambre toute la journée. Il est situé en face d'une station service, à 8 min à pied de la marina et derrière les arrêts de bus. Le personnel y est très gentil,serviable et accueillant cependant les équipements seraient à revoir(WIFI aléatoire...).

L'horreur. Du vol. Rien de correspond au descriptif ! tarif exorbitant pour une chambre avec une vitre cassé, un matelas douteux posé sur une planche. Quant à la salle de bain tres sommaire : un filet d'eau à peine tiède, une mini savonnette à la place des produits de toilette gratuits (pour 4), chasse d'eau cassée ....

Hotel don't know how to collect payments & notify

Everything about this hotel was as I expected, however, being told that I had not paid because THEY could not access my credit card details, until there-and-then, meant I had to endure 10 minutes of figuring out what happens next. Apparently Expedia do not take money out of you account, but the hotel does. Never heard or experience this but was asked to sign a transaction there and then for payment covering the room. Still out and about travelling, so don't know if I have been charged twice. Pathetic!

Cheep OK hotel

It is a cheep hotel close to the Marina. Well functioning air condition, TV and microwave in the room. Nothing fancy but fairly clean - no cocroaches or other little critters. Staff not very fast but friendly and helpful.

Hotel was nice, A.C and refrigerator worked really nice, the kids were comfortable and had no complaints, service was excellent, the receptionist Uranda was really nice, I liked the fact the bus stop was near only 2 mins walk and the hotel was very close to Rodney Bay Mall,we had a blast n felt comfortable, will advice anyone to stay there.

Impossibilité de se reposer comme prévu .Aucun geste commercial malgré nos réclamations le lendemain de notre 1ère nuit et que les rideaux sont baissés , les longs W-E . We spent 4 days during Jazz Festival. Transportation between venues was good. Hotel was within walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants.

Nice Family run Hotel. Family is pleasant

Family / staff is accommodating and can be contact ahead of time for additional request. Hotel rooms are colourfully named and themed. Once you have pass through the maze of hall ways and small flights of steps, you arrive at your quaint abode. Some with balcony. I almost thought they had giving me the wrong room. It had look like a bridal or honeymoon prepared room. There lying on the bed was a towel crafted cat, laying holding a Rose (fake). Some things you would expect to see in a cruise cabin. Internet sucked when crowded with every living soul who is checked in , All, that it is right there convenient to a lot h

Clean but.....

It served its purpose for a one night stop over, the bed was clean,although this consisted of hardboard and a mattress on top (although comfy) the room was clean but decor and furniture needed updating.
