I enjoyed the staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. I had the swim out room which was equally lovely. I’m a gym girly and it didn’t disappoint, there was a lot of equipment and a beautiful view.

The hotel staff were very nice. Anytime we needed anything they were very helpful even called our room so we could enjoy the show they have on Saturday evenings. Only disappointment was the pool with the swim up bar being renovated. Other than that I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Harbor Club St. Lucia was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We were especially impressed by Harmony, our waitress at the café. Her attention to service, warmth, and professionalism truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and that kind of genuine hospitality makes such a difference. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. Coming from someone who works in hospitality myself, I really appreciate and recognize when a team knows how to deliver excellent service. You can truly feel the care and commitment from the staff. The property was clean and nice. The food was not that great, very Americanized with the flavors not Caribbean flavoring at all. The pool closed daily at 630pm which is ridiculous when the pool bar is open until 10pm. They need to realize that there are adults here and we like to hang out at the pool til late.
