Had an excellent stay at the Alpenhof. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was superb. Had dinner one evening in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend a stay at the Alpenhof when you visit Grindelwald

We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel! We are at the hotel every day, which was very easy after days of adventure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As previous reviews say there is a hill to walk up but we did not find it difficult however if mobility is limited a car would be necessary.
