The renovations are nice. Cleanliness was decent. However a mouse Trap behind the toilet indicates a pest problem. None seen during my stay though. The only other issue was a lot of shady activity at night going on. Wouldn’t recommend if traveling with small children.

Room was clean to the eye. I had to go over it myself. Bed was uncomfortable but manageable and the roaches were mainly in the bathroom but saw some in the kitchen. I couldn’t unpack because of it so I kept the majority of my things in my car. Customer service/front desk was good.

The door to the bathroom is busted in and looks chewed up at the bottom. Reported it - no one fixed it. Towel rack broke. No housekeeping. No handles on the cabinets. Reported it - not fixed. They couldn’t find my reservation. Had to wait on the phone for hours.

Watch out! Buyer beware!

Initial payment process was insane. First, they absolutely would NOT take payment over the phone. Second, they insisted that the room be viewed before payment. This should have been at least a yellow flag. This room looked NOTHING like the pictures on their website. The hotel was being updated and apparently the selection of rooms was minimal. Speaking of minimal, so was the room: 1 queen bed, 1 small table with 2 chairs, TV. It also had a kitchenette. The refrigerator had rust spots on the VISIBLE side. We had to sweep and mop the floors multiple times to get them clean - WE purchased mop, bucket and cleaning liquid.

WORST STAY EVER

The accommodations were horrible. I stayed in a room where nothing worked. There were 2 outlets that worked and I had to buy a power stip and extension cord to plug in the hot plate I bought because the stovetop did not work. We had no towels or tissue so I had to purchase that. No service after 5pm or before 11 am. The rooms are infested with roaches and are not clean. We were not given pillow cases or bed spreads only a flat bed sheet for each bed.

Do Not Stay Here If You Value Safety

There were bugs in the room (ants, roaches, spiders) and the toilet did not flush. There were holes in the wall, wall trim was falling off, and there were crudely patched holes in the bathtub. The floor was damp where there was carpet, and sticky where there was vinyl. The room smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and pee. The doors on the kitchenette cabinetry were missing and the trim was falling off of these as well. The worst part about staying here is that they make you pay for a week up front and will not refund your money when you inevitably leave early.
