Good room for the price

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. The bed was very firm but i prefer it that way. Great price for the room. Overall, I think it's a decent hotel. It's not the Ritz but I didn't expect it to be. Everything in the room worked. I will probably stay there again next time I go to Greeneville.

I've stayed here before. I originally chose it because it was inexpensive and allowed pets. When I arrived after 11 pm they were still kind and efficient. They got me checked in quickly and I was able to get in the room and off to sleep which is just what I needed after my long drive. I was there a week this time and everything was good. Its not the Ritz but its clean and comfortable, the people are very nice, and everything works. The only thing negative I can say is that the pillows arent great. I usually bring my own but i forgot.

I feel bad giving this place such a low rating, the staff members were extremely nice and welcoming. The Inn itself is in terrible condition and not worth the price. It was very old/musty smelling, dirty and everything from the towels to the bed sheets were stained. We even walked into the room and found a spider hanging from the ceiling inches above the bed. It was disappointing and uncomfortable.

The beds were hard as rocks, the toilets didnt flush correctly, bathroom doors didn’t close correctly and was coming apart.
