Cosy and well equipped cottage for all, who wants to explore the Inishowen Peninsula. Good place to recharge batteries und enjoy natur. Very reliable host.
We very much enjoyed everything about our stay at Gregory’s cottage. We found it clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Gregory is an excellent host. The Inishowen Peninsula is so beautiful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage.
This is a magnificent cottage which has everything comfort, views, easy access and excellent help from the owner. A place where you can put your feet up and just relax. My wife and I would definitely recommend this cottage.
Gregory’s place was an idyllic cottage overlooking the sea and blessed with a lovely garden where we ate breakfast and sat out in the evenings. The cottage was spotlessly clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The location was fantastic, minutes away from Michael John’s pub and a short walk to beautiful Shroove beach. We have already recommended the Old Stables and will definitely return ourselves. Gregory was an attentive, welcoming and hospitable host. We couldn’t fault anything!
The Old Stable is a lovely cottage which wrapped us in a calm soothing embrace. It was spotlessly clean and efficient, warmed up quickly and provided a home base from which to explore the surrounding beauty of the landscape. Its simple and tasteful decor was inviting and comfortable, the wood stove worked easily and we did not lack for anything. The view of the bay was ever changing and the air so clean and refreshing. Gregory was a perfect host who guided us when we arrived in the very late evening and was always available to answer any queries we had about the cottage or the local places of interest and the amenities of Moville. He was most helpful, patient, and kind. If you long for peace and a nourishing respite from a busy daily routine, this haven will not disappoint! We long to revisit it already.
Had a lovely stay in a beautiful cottage with great views. Arrived to freshly picked apples from the tree in the garden. Sofia was an excellent host with great communication. Would highly recommend staying here
Nice cosy house, log burner was really homely. Locals friendly and near shops. Gregory was very helpful with messages regarding location, checking we were ok on arrival etc. Would definitely visit again.
Nice clean house with a beautiful view of the ocean.
The owner was very helpful and kind.
Wil definitely go back there.
The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful as well.

A great place to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at The Old Stable. It was very clean, well equipped with whatever you might need in the kitchen and other rooms, and of course the view was fabulous. In addition, the apples and plums were ripe so we got to enjoy eating those. The arrival process was very easy because Gregory's kind father was watching for us. We took some walks around the neighborhood, out onto the headlands, and down on the coastline.
The cottage is perfect. Absolutely everything anyone could possibly need. The view is mesmerizing and the front garden is full of tulips and blooming shrubs. Gregory is a wonderful host and keeps in contact. This entire area is full of history and do go to Nonnie’s for the daily bake. We wholeheartedly suggest you treat yourself to this lovely cottage and the quiet and joy of waking up each morning to the view of Lough Foyle. Thank you Gregory, Judith & Michael
Gregory's hospitality has been exceptional. His responses to our enquiries were friendly, prompt and informative . The comfortable cottage is well equipped and is located in a beautiful location near Greencastle and Molville and offers a scenic ocean view towards Norther Ireland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We absolutely adored our stay. Everything was perfect, the communication with the host was excellent and gorgeous location! We sincerely look forward to booking again in the future.
We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The views are fantastic and the cottage itself was beautiful, spotless and very well equipped. The host was very efficient and friendly. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
The cottage more than lived up to expectations : cosy, comfortable, really well-equipped, very clean with beautiful views. It is in an ideal location for exploring the spectacular Inishowen Peninsula. Communication with Gregory was excellent. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.
