The property was a great location near Lambeau Field. The noise on 3rd floor started at about 1:10 a.m. when I wok up and continued until 2:30 a.m. in the morning. There was a lot of shouting up and down the hallway and pounding on doors. You could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. It was one of my worst nights for sleep in a hotel. If my husband hadn't been sleeping I would have left at 1:10 a.m. just to go home and have some peace and quiet.

Nice place

Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is not free and rate went up quite a bit overnight but staff was nice and good location to the Resch Center.

We ended up not staying at the Hilton. The pool wasn’t open and we were told it was. Dealt all day with doctor appointments and promised grandkid swimming as a reward. We left and went somewhere else. If I am not reimbursed, I never use Orbitz or stay at the Hilton again!

Pro: Hotel was clean and staff friendly. It is located in a nice area with several good food options. Con: I had to iron some shirts and they probably have the cheapest iron and ironing board. They had breakfasts available for purchase but I felt it was quite pricey for simple items

The hotel property was nice and clean enough. We had traveled from a couple hours away specifically for a night away and to use the hot tub. There were no signs or warning to the fact the hot tub was broken until I stepped in. A major disappointment and had I known in advance, would’ve likely chosen another hotel. When we asked the hotel staff, they offered no apology and just said it wasn’t broken. It was my first experience traveling in quite a while thanks to the pandemic so the lack of apology or any communication was truly disappointing. My next trip to Green Bay, I will be staying at another hotel. Overall the hotel was tidy. The staff was neutral.

Rooms were not made up during our stay had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. Sink drain was clogged although after reporting it was taken care of. Coffee pot was too dirty to use. Very expensive room not satisfied with the service for the price.

The property is currently undergoing some renovations, but still maintained a clean environment. Breakfast was very good, $10.95 I believe for a very nice buffet, eggs made to order. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. Nice area, close to shopping and dining.
